The Grievance Redressal Committee is dedicated to addressing and resolving grievances of students, staff, and other stakeholders. The committee ensures timely and fair resolution of all complaints.

How to File a Grievance

Any student or staff member who has a grievance relating to academics, administration, infrastructure, or any other matter may file a complaint with the Grievance Redressal Committee by following the steps below:

Document Your Grievance

Clearly write your grievance in Hindi or English. Include your name, contact details, date, and a complete description of the issue you are facing.

Submit the Application

Submit your grievance in writing to the Committee Chairperson, via email, or drop it in the Grievance Box available at the college office entrance.

Acknowledgment

Your grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days with a unique reference number to track your case progress.

Resolution

The committee will review and resolve the grievance fairly and impartially. A decision will be communicated within 30 working days of submission.

Confidentiality: All grievances are handled with strict confidentiality. Victimisation or intimidation of any complainant will be treated as a serious offence.
