Internal Complaints Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted as per the guidelines to address and resolve complaints from students, staff, and faculty. The committee ensures that all complaints are handled with utmost confidentiality and fairness.

How to File a Complaint
Any student, employee, or staff member who has experienced any issue or injustice may file a complaint with the Internal Complaints Committee. The process is simple, confidential, and time-bound.
Write Your Complaint
Prepare a written complaint in Hindi or English. Mention your full name, contact number, enrollment/employee ID, date of the incident, and a clear description of the issue or grievance.
Submit to Committee
Submit the complaint to the ICC Chairperson directly, via email, or drop it in the college Complaint Box. You may also approach any committee member for guidance.
Inquiry Process
The committee will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and begin a fair and impartial inquiry in accordance with established guidelines.
Resolution & Action
After completing the inquiry, the committee will take appropriate action and communicate the outcome to the complainant within 30 working days of receiving the complaint.
Confidentiality Assured: The identity of the complainant and all proceedings of the ICC are kept strictly confidential. No information will be shared without the complainant's consent.
