The SC/ST Cell of Raghuraj Sharan Singh Mahavidyalaya works to ensure that students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes receive equal opportunities and are protected from any form of discrimination. The cell addresses grievances and promotes an inclusive campus environment.

How to File a Complaint
If you are a student or staff member belonging to SC/ST category and have faced any form of discrimination or injustice, you may file a complaint with the SC/ST Cell by following the steps below:
Prepare Your Complaint
Write your complaint clearly in Hindi or English on plain paper. Mention your name, contact details, enrollment number, date of incident, and a brief description of the issue faced.
Submit the Complaint
Submit the written complaint to the Chair Person of the SC/ST Cell either in person or via email. You may also drop it in the Complaint Box at the college office.
Acknowledgment
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days. You will receive a reference number for tracking the status of your complaint.
Investigation & Resolution
The SC/ST Cell will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. The resolution will be communicated to you within 30 working days of receipt of the complaint.
Confidentiality: All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. The identity of the complainant will not be disclosed without their consent.
